It’s so EASY to buy your shoes from us!

If you are hesitant about ordering shoes online, the Lisa Kay team is more than happy to deal with any enquiries by telephone on +44 (0)1923 800081.

Ordering from us is easy:

1. We’re fast!
If you place your order before 3pm, it should be despatched the same day and delivered the following working day by DPD, or in 1-2 working days and by UPS for customers in Northern Ireland. Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the following working day and delivered the day after that (allow 1 extra day for Northern Ireland customers.) 
Saturday & Sunday delivery is available for mainland UK customers only. Orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday. 
Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.

2. Not quite right? Not to worry.
We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to exchange them or get a refund, you have 14 days to do so. Shoes must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and should only be tried inside in a carpeted area. You will have two returns labels inside your parcel when it arrives; one for DPD and one for UPS. UK returns are free with DPD and UPS when you take your parcel to a DPD or UPS drop-off point. Locate your nearest DPD drop-off point here and your nearest UPS drop-off point here. Simply stick the returns label that came with your shoes on to the front of your parcel and hand it over to the drop-off point. Proof of postage is not required as the labels are already in the DPD or UPS system.

3. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.
Once we have your shoes back (which usually takes no more than 2 working days), we aim to exchange them for the correct size and send them right back to you within 2 working days. If you need a refund, we will process it within 2-3 days of receiving your return and notify you of its completion via email. Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

Additional Returns Information
Ensure you return your item(s) within 21 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.
Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the parcel.
Return your items to us via a reputable delivery service or courier of your choice. Please note that Lisa Kay cannot accept responsibility for any items lost by third-party delivery companies or couriers.

Additional Delivery Information

Delivery delays do sometimes occur, so please wait 3 working days before contacting us about your order. Orders with multiple items may be despatched from both our distribution centre and our Lisa Kay store. In this case, you may receive a separate despatch confirmation email and tracking number for each shipment. You will only be charged delivery costs once per order.

Tracking: When placing your order, please provide an email address to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery; this will also enable us to send you an estimated delivery time.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Additional Returns Information

We are unable to process returns for items purchased in-store. If you bought your Sole Bliss items from our shop or from one our partners, and are unhappy with your purchase, please return them to the shop you bought them from.

 

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION 

Ordering from us is easy:

Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the following working day.
Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

Once we have your shoes back, we aim to exchange them for the correct size and send them right back to you within 2 working days. Exchanges will be sent by our standard service (with iParcel) unless otherwise requested. We may need to charge extra for exchanges that require expedited delivery.
If you need a refund, we will process it within 2-3 days of receiving your return and notify you of its completion via email.  Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.
