We currently offer FREE delivery throughout the UK.

For the rest of the world we operate a percentage charge to cover additional postage costs. The percentage is calculated on the price of the items purchased. Percentages vary but are shown at checkout before payment is made.

Delivery is estimated at 5 working days within the UK and may be longer for deliveries overseas.

Goods will either be delivered by the Royal Mail or a courier service. When a parcel is delivered, you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not available at the time of delivery a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.

Returns Policy

Here at Lisa Kay Shoes we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return your item/s to us within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be unworn and in their original packaging.

We would ask that you contact us before returning items in order for us to issue you with a returns number. This allows your return/refund to be processed without delay.
